Geauga Firearms Academy aims to create a very comfortable experience welcoming to all shooters from beginners to advanced. We train year-round (dress accordingly). Our classroom can accommodate class sizes small to large. We are also mobile, and we are able to train anywhere in the nation provided an adequate number of student commitments.
Meet Our Lead Instructor & Founder - NEIL NEMETZ
Neil is a full-time law enforcement officer. He started his career in a specialized police department that specifically deals with the highest crime district in the state. Neil is currently assigned to a specialty unit and serves as a SWAT Operator. He provides advance tactical training to multiple law enforcement agencies. Additionally, a Certified NRA Instructor, Chief Range Safety officer, and a Stop The Bleed
Instructor. Complementing his firearms experience, he has over 16 years of martial arts experience in reality-based self-defense, Gracie Combatives Jiu-Jitsu, and executive protection training.
OWNER & TRAINER - Kimberly Nemetz
As a woman who carries every day, Kim has a passion for helping empower women and understands the unique challenges women face carrying a firearm. In addition to her extensive self-defense and firearms training from Neil, Kim is a NRA Range Safety Officer and USCCA Instructor.
